With over 20 years experience in yoga and many in movement, mental health and neuroscience. My approach has evolved over the years and integrates movement, breath and rest practices to make positive shifts in experience and sensation. To work with balancing the elements of nature, to promote greater health and healing. To empower you to live well and recognise your 'wholeness'.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. A few thin layers are recommended as the body temperature can fluctuate throughout class.

 

I also recommend two blankets, one to place on top of your mat for when you are lying down and one to place on top of the body when relaxing. Bring bolsters, blocks, cushions, pillows as well as your mat to class. Anything that aids your comfort and keeps you warm is welcome.
