Yoga - Our bodies were made for movement. A sedentary or overstimulated body can lead to dis-ease physically, mentally and emotionally.

 Combining traditional hatha yoga postures (asana), functional movement, mobility, breathwork, (pranayama) and relaxation

Monday 6:15pm-7:45pm

 

All ages and abilities are welcome

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to set up and be ready to start promptly and to not disturb others by arriving late.
