Rest, Restore & Sleep Workshop
This workshop will combine a small amount of gentle movement with lots of focus on breath, rest and yoga nidra.
Yoga Nidra - An effortless meditative practice that reduces the effects of stress.
Yoga Nidra has the ability to manage pain, improve sleep, lower anxiety and invite a powerful, welcome state of deep rest.
The most important thing is that you are warm and comfortable.
I recommend two blankets, one to place on top of your mat for when you are lying down and one to place on top of the body when relaxing. Bring bolsters, blocks, cushions, pillows as well as your mat to class. Anything that aids your comfort and keeps you warm is welcome.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start so you can set up and settle in.
Sweet treats and tea to be served after class.
£20 payment in full secures your place.
Please note there is a no refund policy but you are welcome to pass your space on to someone else if you are unable to attend.
